The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Mid level QS looking to go far with a growing business. Ideally 3 to 5 years construction / demo experience as a minimum. The role will entail:

  • Producing applications for payment
  • Pricing of simple works on a schedule of rates
  • Assisting in CVR reporting
  • Managing cemar portals for NEC infrastructure projects
  • Recording and assisting in VO’s
  • Reporting payment status (within contract payments or exceeded)

4-5 days office based in Brent Cross, start time 7am to 16:00 pm. Ideally a people person that can help strengthen relationships with our existing client base. Not shy of site visits and working from the office. Immediate start.
