Mid level QS looking to go far with a growing business. Ideally 3 to 5 years construction / demo experience as a minimum. The role will entail:
- Producing applications for payment
- Pricing of simple works on a schedule of rates
- Assisting in CVR reporting
- Managing cemar portals for NEC infrastructure projects
- Recording and assisting in VO’s
- Reporting payment status (within contract payments or exceeded)
4-5 days office based in Brent Cross, start time 7am to 16:00 pm. Ideally a people person that can help strengthen relationships with our existing client base. Not shy of site visits and working from the office. Immediate start.
