The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

This large RC Frame and Groundworks Company is looking for an adm/hr assistant to work along side the Labour Manager to help run the labour division.

Your role will include

  • Ensure compliance with national and local labour laws, employment legislation, right to work and regulatory requirements.
  • Carrying out compliance checks and approving new supply chain partners.
  • Maintain accurate supply chain records, trackers and personnel files.
  • Ensure required statutory records are maintained and readily available for inspections.
  • Conduct regular labour compliance audits and workplace inspections.
  • Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare compliance reports and management dashboards.
  • Monitor key compliance metrics and trends.
  • Report significant compliance risks and breaches to senior management.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and labour regulations.
  • Review and update policies and procedures to reflect legislative changes.
  • Supporting labour manager on moving people site to site, providing site addresses to the workforce
  • Company inductions
  • Liaising with training department
  • Creating Adverts for jobs and compiling CV’s.

Qualifications

  • Professional certification in labour relations, compliance, or HR is desirable.
  • 3–5 years of experience in labour compliance, HR, employee relations, or a similar role.
  • Experience working within a construction labour department would be an advantage
