What’s it like to be a BSS Driver / Warehouse Assistant?

In this dual-purpose role, you are much more than just a driver—you are the face of our business.

You’ll need a flexible, "can-do" attitude to balance life on the road with the fast-paced environment of our branch warehouse.

No two days are ever the same, and your character and enthusiasm are what will make the difference to our customers.

Road: You’ll be responsible for loading your vehicle and delivering essential goods to a variety of sites, ensuring our customers receive a fantastic service every time you pull up.

Warehouse: When you’re not behind the wheel, you’ll be in the thick of the action - unloading supplier deliveries, picking orders with precision, and supporting the team on the trade counter.

  • Customer Champion: Whether you’re on-site or in-branch, you’ll represent BSS with professionalism, delivering more than just products, but a service they can rely on.
