What’s it like to be a BSS Internal Sales Person?
In this role, you’ll work within our busy branch sales team, dealing directly with customers to maximise sales at every opportunity.
This is a fast-paced, relationship-driven position where you’ll help us expand our customer base by identifying and developing new accounts.
You aren't just taking orders; you are building the partnerships that keep the industry moving.
- Relationship Builder: Most of our customers are regulars. You’ll develop friendly, professional rapport over the phone and via email to ensure they keep coming back to us.
- Order
Champion: You’ll handle customer orders and enquiries with speed and accuracy, coordinating with the wider team and suppliers to ensure every transaction is smooth—making sure orders are delivered on time and in full.
- No Cold Calling: You will be working in a busy, proactive sales office environment focusing on quality leads and existing relationships—there is no cold calling involved.
- Sales Growth: You'll be self-motivated to expand our reach, helping to identify and develop new accounts to grow the branch's success.
- Safety First: You’ll champion our non-negotiable safety culture across every element of the role. Safety first, always.
