The Building Performance Engineer is responsible for delivering a range of testing on new and existing buildings, building strong relationships with our clients and assisting them to demonstrate compliance with building regulations and other standards. Working predominately in the North West you will be performing tests at clients' sites including air tightness, sound insulation, ventilation, heat transfer coefficient and thermography.
Maintain knowledge of advancements in technologies and methodologies.
Provide technical guidance and training to the team and other departments as needed.
Address customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
