About The Role
As the HR Manager, you will be the go‑to person for all HR operations. This includes employee relations, onboarding, recruitment administration, payroll coordination, business partnering, and policy management. You will work closely with senior leadership, support managers with day‑to‑day people matters, and drive improvements across HR processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in a hands‑on environment, and is comfortable influencing at senior level.
Exciting work you will be doing:
- Manage all HR administration and processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Lead employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence.
- Partner with the CEO and C‑Suite on people initiatives and business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment processes including advertising, coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Maintain and optimise the HRIS (PeopleHR), using data insights to support decision‑making.
- Coordinate monthly payroll changes and reporting alongside Finance.
- Keep policies, procedures, and documentation compliant and up to date.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support to managers.
- Support training, wellbeing, and broader people projects as required.
About you
To be considered for the HR Manager role:
- Minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR qualification/experience.
- Minimum 3 years’ HR management experience.
- Strong generalist HR background, ideally in a standalone role.
- Confident managing employee relations cases.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time‑management skills.
- Strong HR systems, reporting, and IT capability.
Desirable:
- Experience working closely with senior leadership/C‑Suite.
- Familiarity with PeopleHR.
