About The Role

Responsible for ensuring efficient daily operations, supporting business processes, building and maintaining strong client relationships and improving organisational effectiveness. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities, managing administrative tasks, streamlining and documenting workflows, and providing operational support across BSRIA.

Exciting Work You Will Be Doing

  • Operational Excellence & Efficiency: Assisting the implementation and delivery of operational policies and procedures. Support BSRIA with process optimisation and project coordination to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure correct interpretation of customer requirements and subsequent delivery thereof. Monitor and manage opportunities. Facilitate stakeholder feedback. Ensure corporate platforms such as the CRM are utilised in accordance with company policy. Identify process challenges and propose streamlined alternatives. Assist in implementing new business tools, software, and automation. Support the execution of strategic initiatives and business plans.
  • Administrative & Logistics Management: Coordinate scheduling, correspondence, and documentation. Coordinate inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships. Maintain databases, records, and reports for business operations. Complete project documentation including use of customer platforms.
  • Financial Performance & Management: Assist with providing team financial status, including financial forecasts against budget. Check project costs and data for accurate financial reporting. Ensure timely invoicing in coordination with project leaders, process invoices, credit notes, and chase outstanding payments. Complete management figures for monthly reports and check overhead expenditures. Act as a link with Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and escalate deviations as necessary. Coordinate and monitor invoicing of projects and ensure financial conformity with company policies.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Prepare business insights as requested by the Management team. Liaise with stakeholders as business demands including support of facilities and H&S provision in a prompt and professional manner. Prepare proposals, reports and certificates as required.
  • Quality: Adhere to corporate and quality policies and where new or modified versions are required, engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organisation. Maintain compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other corporate policies. Maintain detailed records of activities and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

About You

Skills Required: Strong team player, Good IT skills - Microsoft Office, Ability to prioritise and multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment, Confident, accurate, analytical, and commercially aware, Experience in report creation for sales analysis or similar (Desirable).

Qualification(s) Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
