An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly skilled Podiatrist to step into a key leadership role within a busy, award-winning specialist foot care clinic in the heart of Glasgow. This is a pivotal position for a clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes while also supporting and guiding a talented podiatry team. Working Tuesday to Saturday, this role offers the chance to work in a high-profile private clinical environment with a strong reputation for excellence.
You will take on responsibility for the day-to-day clinical leadership of the podiatry function, working closely with senior management to uphold the very highest standards of care and service.
The Role
As Principal Podiatrist, you will be the most senior clinician within the clinic providing expert clinical care alongside supervisory and leadership support to the wider podiatry team. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a full range of advanced podiatry treatments including biomechanics, cryotherapy, laser nail treatments, low-level laser therapy, taping, nail surgery, foot acupuncture, and foot manipulation and mobilisation.
- Acting as the first point of escalation for clinical queries, complex treatments, and patient issues in the absence of senior management.
