A busy, fast-paced private psychiatry practice is looking for a confident, outgoing and highly organised Secretary/PA to join their close-knit team. If you thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and you love being at the centre of things, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role:
You'll be the backbone of our clinic operations, supporting consultants and the Practice Manager day-to-day while ensuring patients receive a seamless and professional experience from first contact through to billing. The client uses Semble as our patient management system and DNA Payments for billing, and full training will be provided on both. Things can change quickly; consultants will often come to you with urgent requests and you'll need to pivot without missing a beat. You'll be working closely with the whole team, so keeping everyone in the loop and communicating clearly is just as important as getting the tasks done.
