This is a front-of-house role and you will be the first and last person patients interact with every day. However, the role carries real breadth: patient conversion, scheduling, payments, marketing support, and operational coordination all sit within scope.

IMPORTANT: This role is fully on-site, 5 days a week. There is no hybrid or remote option. Clinics can run late, and the practice operates a time-in-lieu policy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all patients
  • Manage the full patient pathway from first enquiry through to post-operative follow-up
  • Coordinate schedules across clinical, surgical, and nursing teams, ensuring pre- & post-operative requirements are communicated to patients
  • Handle appointment scheduling to maximise diary utilisation
