A leading, high-end wellness clinic is seeking a hands-on Clinic and Training Manager to oversee day-to-day operations while leading, coaching and developing a team of Wellness Therapists and Front of House / Client Coordinators. This role would suit somebody with previous management experience, especially those who started their career as practitioners and want to combine their clinical background with leadership and training responsibilities.
The role includes:
- Working alongside the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the wellness clinic, maximising bookings, treatment room occupancy and overall guest satisfaction.
- Leading and managing Wellness Therapists and Front of House teams, ensuring every service and client journey follows clinic protocols, safety standards and brand guidelines.
- Owning training and development: designing and delivering training on treatment protocols, wellness programmes, guest care, service etiquette and retail, including maintaining training logs and certificates.
- Monitoring and improving performance using KPIs, audits and service reviews.
