This is a front-of-house role and you will be the first and last person patients interact with every day. However, the role carries real breadth: patient conversion, scheduling, payments, marketing support, and operational coordination all sit within scope.
IMPORTANT: This role is fully on-site, 5 days a week. There is no hybrid or remote option. Clinics can run late, and the practice operates a time-in-lieu policy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Act as the primary point of contact for all patients
- Manage the full patient pathway from first enquiry through to post-operative follow-up
- Coordinate schedules across clinical, surgical, and nursing teams, ensuring pre- & post-operative requirements are communicated to patients
- Handle appointment scheduling to maximise diary utilisation and minimise cancellations
- Process payments and invoices accurately
- Follow up with prospective patients in a professional, patient-centred way to support their decision-making and confirm bookings
- Re-engage with previous enquiries
- Deliver a high-quality patient experience
- Encourage reviews and testimonials
- Support the Marketing Executive with social media content scheduling and community engagement
- Help capture patient stories and testimonials (with consent)
- Assist with planning and running internal and external clinic events
- Maintain patient records
- Manage front-of-house supplies
- Support the smooth running of clinic days
- Contribute to reporting on conversion, patient flow, and pathway performance

The clinic has a collaborative culture. Progression is performance-based; people have moved into marketing, theatre, finance, and management from this role. Annual salary increases are above inflation for those performing well. The team socialises regularly; think team trips, early-finish socials every six weeks, and a general lack of the hierarchy you'd find in a larger organisation.
