The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing, highly respected cosmetic and aesthetic medical group operating across London, Birmingham, and Manchester. With surging patient demand and an ambitious growth trajectory, the business has identified people management as the critical lever for its next phase of scale. They are now looking for a Chief of Staff to sit at the heart of the organisation and own the people function commercially, keep the business running smoothly, and manage upwards to the owner with clarity and confidence.

The Role

This is not a traditional HR role, and it is not a pure operations role. It sits squarely between the two, and the job title reflects that. The Chief of Staff will be the person ultimately responsible for the performance, development, and output of every member of staff in the business. If someone isn't performing, it's on you. If a new hire isn't settling in, it's on you. If the owner is being pulled into people issues that should never have reached them, that stops with you. You will be primarily London-based but with an active, regular presence in Birmingham and Manchester. Trains are good; excuses are not.

What You'll Be Doing

  • People Ownership: Taking full accountability for the performance and development of staff.

Chief of Staff employer: BSR Health Recruitment
