About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to lead our clinic operations across multiple sites. You will drive performance, ensure excellence, and support talented teams to deliver outstanding results.

What You’ll Do
Operations & Performance: Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, set and achieve revenue targets while controlling costs, monitor key metrics (utilisation, productivity, margins) and use data to drive improvements, and manage clinic systems including CRM, booking platforms, and POS.
Team Leadership: Lead and coach Clinic Managers and Front-of-House teams, support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
