What you'll be doing
- Performing a variety of advanced treatments including electrolysis, advanced electrolysis (ACP), facials, waxing, laser hair removal, radiofrequency, body sculpting and microneedling
- Providing personalised consultations to understand each client's needs and recommending suitable treatments
- Building strong, lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and achieve high retention
- Promoting retail products and additional services to maximise each client's experience
- Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client comfort across all treatment areas
- Keeping accurate records of treatments provided and client preferences
- Staying current with the latest techniques, trends and products
- Working independently and as part of a team
