An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and organised Patient Engagement Manager to join our client's well-established and growing healthcare practice in Central London. This is a varied and impactful role at the heart of the patient experience, where you will take ownership of key performance metrics including callback completion rates, patient touchpoint conversion, CRM data integrity, and long-term patient retention. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Managing and optimising the CRM system to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.
- Overseeing all patient callbacks and follow-up communications, improving conversion at every stage of the patient journey.
- Managing lead funnels and nurturing prospective patients through targeted, personalised engagement strategies.
- Creating patient touchpoints and marketing collateral, including compelling copywriting aligned with brand guidelines.
- Producing detailed reports on patient engagement, conversion rates, and business growth metrics for senior leadership.
- Coordinating relationships with external agencies covering marketing, PR, social media, lead generation, and telephony/AI systems.
- Leading and developing front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding reception operations and a consistently excellent patient experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrable experience with CRM platforms, cloud-based tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging copy and manage marketing or lead generation workflows.
- Experience in hybrid or remote working environments, with strong relationship-building skills across distributed teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding patient-centred care.
- Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
