An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and organised Patient Engagement Manager to join our client's well-established and growing healthcare practice in Central London. This is a varied and impactful role at the heart of the patient experience, where you will take ownership of key performance metrics including callback completion rates, patient touchpoint conversion, CRM data integrity, and long-term patient retention. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Managing and optimising the CRM system to maintain the highest standards of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Overseeing all patient callbacks and follow-up communications, improving conversion at every stage of the patient journey.
  • Managing lead funnels and nurturing prospective patients through targeted, personalised engagement strategies.
  • Creating patient touchpoints and marketing collateral, including compelling copywriting aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Producing detailed reports on patient engagement, conversion rates, and business growth metrics for senior leadership.
  • Coordinating relationships with external agencies covering marketing, PR, social media, lead generation, and telephony/AI systems.
  • Leading and developing front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding reception operations and a consistently excellent patient experience.
