Are you a self-motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care? We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese to guide patients through their ophthalmic journey from first contact to aftercare. Based in the brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic in Knightsbridge, your role will involve booking appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all patient needs are met.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in healthcare customer-facing and sales experience
- Must be fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to handle high-stress environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in clerical and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of ophthalmic procedures
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone queries and guiding patients through their visits
- Booking appointments and managing patient records
- Providing information on clinic services to clients
- Maintaining a supportive clinic environment
- Meeting monthly targets and KPIs
The clinic is open six days a week, Monday to Saturday so your shift pattern may include an occasional Saturday and a late finish of 7pm.
