  • Dispense eye drops (full training provided, including a Level 2 Dispensing Assistant Qualification)
  • Take payments and process refunds across multiple database systems
  • Manage all patient administration: scanning, booking, preparing templates, updating records and legal documents
  • Gather patient feedback via questionnaires, testimonials and electronic methods
  • Maintain immaculate clinic presentation and assist less able patients with access and individual needs
  • Run visiting surgeons' clinics including bookings, payments and enquiry handling
  • Opening and closing of the premises

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a clinical customer-facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and clerical experience with computers, including Word, Excel, email and databases
  • Exceptional organisational ability and time management; comfortable working to strict deadlines
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a high-pressure clinical environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and with initiative
