Job Overview:We are seeking a proactive and polished Clinic Manager / Receptionist to work onsite five days a week, combining front-of-house reception duties with dedicated management tasks. This vital role requires a professional who can represent the clinic's high standards as the first and last point of contact for all patients, many of whom are high net worth individuals. The successful candidate will spend three days covering the front desk and two days focused purely on management and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the welcoming face of the clinic, providing excellent customer service and managing all patient enquiries at the front desk during clinic days.
- Manage the clinic diary, patient bookings, and correspondence professionally.
- Oversee administrative and management tasks on designated days, supporting clinic operations, compliance, and project coordination.
- Ensure adherence to clinic policies, protocols, and CQC regulations.
- Maintain organised records and handle communication across the clinic team.
- Provide a polished and courteous interaction with high net worth and VIP patients, upholding the clinic's premium brand reputation.
