An exciting opportunity to join an established, five-star rated medical aesthetics clinic in the heart of Chelsea. This is a senior, hands-on role within a close-knit, supportive team working alongside doctors and nurses in a luxurious boutique environment. You will deliver exceptional treatment outcomes, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to clinical excellence across the practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments to the highest standard, including HIFU, Sciton BBL/MOXI, BTL suite (EMSculpt NEO, EMFace, Exion), HydraFacial, Microneedling, and Aquagold.
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and create bespoke, results-driven treatment plans.
  • Advise on pharmaceutical-grade skincare and skin-health programmes to complement device-led treatments.
  • Guide clients through their full treatment journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
  • Accurately document clinical records, consent forms, GDPR photo consents, and treatment notes in the CRM system.
  • Support nurses in injectable and minor clinical procedures as required.
  • Drive retail and treatment sales through confident, client-focused recommendations.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, clinic events, and social media content.
  • Mentor junior team members and participate in team meetings and case discussions.
  • Maintain compliance with all clinic safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a high-end, doctor- or nurse-led aesthetic clinic.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Beauty Therapy / Aesthetic Treatments (or equivalent).
  • Laser Core of Knowledge certification.
  • Proficient in at least 2-3 of the following devices: HIFU, BTL devices (EMFace, EMSculpt, Exion), HydraFacial, Sciton Laser, Dermapen Microneedling.
  • Proven ability to deliver both energy-based device treatments and hands-on bespoke facial treatments.
  • Strong sales track record across treatment packages and retail skincare.
  • Exemplary, verifiable references.
  • Does not operate a home-based aesthetics business.
  • Fluent, professional-level English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in the UK with Level 4 Qualification (or NARIC-approved qualifications if trained overseas).

Advantageous

  • CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or additional advanced aesthetic qualifications.
  • Experience with VIP or high-profile clientele.
  • Interest in advanced health optimisation, longevity, and nutrition-focused treatments.

Schedule & Remuneration

  • 2-4 days per week with flexible shift lengths (8, 9, or 10 hours).
  • Alternate Saturdays; no late evenings.
  • Basic salary circa £36,000 per annum (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
  • Attractive commission structure (or fully commission-based option available).
  • OTE £42,000-£50,000.
  • 31 days holiday including bank holidays.
