Are you a Project Manager with a passion for breathing new life into London’s landmarks? BSPS Ltd, a thriving family-run main contractor, is looking for a dedicated professional to orchestrate stunning refurbishments and fit-out projects across the city.
Based at Oxford Circus, you will be working in one of London’s most vibrant hubs. As an integral part of our project team, you will be the driving force behind our site operations. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
- Project Orchestration: Lead and manage multiple refurbishment, decoration, restoration, and fit-out projects ranging from £50k to £3.5m.
- Sector Diversity: Work across various sectors, including commercial, education, hospitality, and healthcare.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive internal team to ensure every project respects its character while meeting high standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain proactive liaison with all parties to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction; previous site experience is a significant bonus.
Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of London’s subcontractors and supply chain.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
