Bspoq is a growing strategic marketing and e-commerce agency working with ambitious brands across the UK and internationally. We are a small, close-knit team who value autonomy, professionalism, and getting things done properly.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Office Manager to support the day-to-day running of the business and help keep everything organised behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in day-to-day support of a business. You will be responsible for key financial and administrative processes, as well as providing light HR support to the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raising and managing client invoices
  • Monitoring payments and following up where required
  • Supporting payroll processes
  • General financial admin and record-keeping
  • Liaising with our accountant/bookkeeper as needed
  • Managing office organisation and supplies
  • Handling general admin tasks and documentation
  • Supporting internal processes and keeping records up to date
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Supporting HR processes and basic compliance
  • Acting as a point of contact for general team admin queries

About You

  • Previous experience in an office management, admin, or similar professional role
