Role purpose: The Head of Distribution will lead the strategic development, growth, and performance of Bspoke’s Intermediated distribution channels, Broker and Coverholder. This role carries responsibility for defining and executing the distribution strategy, strengthening broker relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, enhancing scheme and product proposition delivery, and ensuring distribution activity supports Bspoke’s commercial, regulatory, and customer outcomes objectives. Working in close partnership with underwriting, product, marketing, compliance, and operational teams, the role ensures a coordinated, insight‑driven, and high‑quality broker experience that drives sustainable and profitable growth.
