You will ensure our people processes reflect our values while driving long-term resilience and capability.

Alongside these project initiatives, the role oversees talent acquisition - attracting, assessing, and hiring high-calibre candidates who align with our goals and culture, ensuring a seamless journey and a brilliant candidate experience throughout. This role will be around 40% talent acquisition and 60% people / organisational change projects.

Key Accountabilities:

Partner with leadership to design and execute strategic change initiatives, ensuring workforce structures remain agile, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Map internal talent and career pathways to build robust succession frameworks, talent matrices, and internal mobility opportunities. Inform workforce decision-making by sharing market insights, capability trends, and talent development best practices with hiring managers.
  • Talent Acquisition & Delivery: Build proactive talent pipelines (both internal and external) and design targeted sourcing strategies to meet current and future resourcing needs. Deliver end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding, ensuring cost-conscious, high-calibre hiring that aligns with company culture. Champion our employer brand, leveraging digital channels, job adverts, and industry networks to promote the organisation as an employer of choice.
  • Candidate & Colleague Experience: Deliver a seamless candidate journey, ensuring a welcoming, communicative, and values-led interview experience for all applicants. Support engagement and culture initiatives, enhancing feedback loops and colleague connection, particularly during periods of organisational change. Drive Group-wide Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are valued.
  • Governance & Analytics: Guide People Operations to ensure all recruitment, project outputs, and organisational change records remain accurate and legally compliant. Track, analyse, and report on key People metrics across talent delivery and project outcomes to inform senior leadership and measure success.
