  • Run system reports to monitor work quality within the team to enable effective management and service improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • GCSE Maths and GCSE English or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy or higher qualification and 2 A’ Levels.
  • Or: 3 years’ experience in an administrative role at Band 3 (equivalent or above) in an office based environment.
  • At least 1 year’s supervisory experience in an office based environment.
