- Work collaboratively within the SPPG Pharmacy and Medicines Management Team (PMMT) to assess need, establish priority and monitor standards of practice in relation to prescribing.
Skills and Qualifications
- MPharm or BSC in Pharmacy.
- Post-registration experience relevant to pharmacy and medicines management working in two or more distinct working settings for example: community pharmacy, hospital, GP practice, academia, industry, prescribing support.
