The post holder will support the Business Management Officers in the management and co-ordination of the Business Management systems and processes within NIMDTA. They will form part of the Team providing a wide range of administrative functions, liaising with both NIMDTA staff internal and individuals external to the organisation. The role will also include reception cover.
Responsibilities:
- To assist with the administration, processing and reporting of Medical and Dental Trainee Study Leave and expenses claims.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Five GCSE’s (including GCSE English Language and GCSE Maths (Grades A - C) or equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy or Higher Qualification.
- Previous experience of working in a Finance Department.
