The equip HR Readiness and Change Lead will be responsible for delivering the readiness and business change activities related to the HR function to ensure a successful implementation and optimization of the new Oracle system. The equip HR Readiness and Change Lead will develop and maintain key working relationships with the Trust equip Implementation Project Manager, HR functional teams and Trust senior managers throughout the duration of the equip project to ensure a seamless, responsive and co-ordinated approach to implementation and optimisation within the Trust.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on the HR aspects of implementation and optimisation.
- Ensure that strategic plans are developed, delivered and monitored to achieve key milestones and targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR functional teams on project and change management.
- Consult and coach HR functional teams and end users on effective approaches to leading and embedding change and managing anticipated resistance.
- Provide organisational development support to key stakeholders facilitating change initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Have a University degree or relevant professional qualification at an equivalent level AND have worked for at least three years in a HR/OD, Change or Project management role.
- Or have at least five years working in a Management position within HR/OD, Change or Project Management.
- Demonstrate evidence of leading on significant change management projects and associated engagement/consultation with key stakeholders in a major complex organisation.
