The post holder will have the ability to act quickly and make effective clinical decisions to prevent unnecessary Emergency Department attendances, reduce hospital admissions and facilitate early discharge by maximising all appropriate treatment options available in the community setting. The post-holder will be responsible for the ongoing management of respiratory patients, ensuring the delivery of integrated high quality care across primary and secondary care. The post-holder will work closely and liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

  • To support Medical Staff in primary and secondary care providing the best overall quality of care to patients suffering from the range of respiratory disorders.
