We are seeking a motivated Trainee Stock Condition Surveyor to join our team across the North West. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity with full training, clear career progression, and strong earning potential. You will attend pre-booked appointments to carry out residential stock condition surveys, with optional door-knocking to increase productivity and bonus earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out stock condition surveys on residential properties
- Record building condition, defects, and compliance data
- Use handheld devices and specialist software to collect survey data
- Engage professionally with residents and clients
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Travel to sites as required (mileage paid)
