BSN& Co are recruiting Family Assessment Support Workers for a residential assessment setting on a flexible temporary basis, with potential permanent opportunities.
Location: Redhill
Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends, and waking nights
Role Overview: As a Family Assessment Support Worker, you will support families within a residential setting, carrying out observations and contributing to formal assessments that inform safeguarding decisions.
Key Duties:
- Observe and support parent-child interactions
- Record accurate daily notes and reports
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Follow safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries
Requirements:
- 6+ months experience in residential family support, social care, or similar
- DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
