Registered Manager – Children’s Home Purley (CR8) £50,000–£55,000 10% bonus £3,000 Outstanding bonus We are recruiting a Registered Manager for an Outstanding children’s home in Purley. This Registered Manager role is a key leadership position within a children’s home, ideal for an experienced Registered Manager with a strong Ofsted background. As Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the children’s home, ensure safeguarding, and maintain high standards in line with Children’s Homes Regulations. The Registered Manager will work closely with senior leaders to embed therapeutic practice within the children’s home and lead all Ofsted activity. The Ideal Registered Manager: Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a children’s home Minimum Good or Outstanding Ofsted experience as a Registered Manager Strong safeguarding knowledge within a children’s home NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) for Registered Manager Confident leading inspections, Reg 44 & Reg 45 in a children’s home This Registered Manager role offers the opportunity to open and develop a children’s home, lead a committed staff team, and deliver outstanding outcomes for young people.
