Family Assessment Workers (Residential Setting) β Lambeth
BSN&Co are recruiting Family Assessment Workers to support our client and their families within a residential assessment setting.
Location: Lambeth
Pay Rate: Β£12.21 per hour
Hours: Various shifts including days, nights, weekends and sleep ins
About the Role:
As a Family Assessment Worker, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding families within a residential environment. Youβll be responsible for observing, recording, and assisting families through assessment processes, contributing to vital decisions about their future.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and monitor families within a residential setting
Observe parent-child interactions and maintain accurate records
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to contribute to assessment reports
Ensure a safe, supportive, and professional environment for families
Adhere to safeguarding procedures and professional boundaries
Requirements for this role:
Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role (e.g., residential family support, social care, or assessment setting)
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Strong observational and communication skills
Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
