We are looking for a driven, passionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home in Tring (HP23). Salary & Bonus
- £52,000 – £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- £5,000 bonus available on achievement of agreed targets

What We're Looking For
You must have:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-registered children’s or young people’s setting.
- A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or be currently enrolled and working towards it.
- Proven experience and confidence in dealing with Ofsted inspections, audits and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, compliance and children’s residential care.
- Experience leading, managing and developing a care team.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A genuine passion for improving the lives and outcomes of children and young people.
Your Role
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful running of the home. You will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team to provide outstanding care.
- Ensure the home remains fully compliant with Ofsted regulations and legislation.
- Take ownership of Ofsted inspections, audits and ongoing compliance.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and practice.
- Ensure children and young people receive personalised, high-quality support.
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, records and safeguarding processes.
- Manage staff recruitment, supervision, performance and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, professionals and external agencies.
- Drive continuous improvement and achieve agreed operational targets.
- Create a home where children feel safe, valued, supported and able to achieve their potential.
£5,000 Performance Bonus
