Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. BSL-IT is a growing IT and connectivity reseller supporting businesses across the UK with solutions covering mobile, cloud telephony, connectivity, licensing, and IT hardware. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, detail focused, and keen to build experience within the IT and technology sector.

The Role: Working alongside our Account Managers and wider sales team, you’ll provide day to day administrative support to ensure customer orders, quotes, and billing are handled accurately and efficiently. Full training will be provided, and the role offers clear opportunities to grow as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing customer orders and ensuring all details are accurate
  • Sending order confirmations and tracking information to customers
  • Monitoring backorders and assisting with supplier updates
  • Helping to source products and prepare customer quotes
  • Supporting the sales team with manufacturer bids and deal registrations
  • Assisting with the management of customer licensing portals
  • Coordinating occasional overseas shipments (with support from the team)
  • Handling basic order queries from customers and suppliers
  • Uploading invoices to customer ordering portals
  • Assisting with warranty registrations and upgrades
  • Supporting quarterly and recurring billing processes

About You:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using IT systems, portals, and Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicating by email and phone
  • Willing to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
  • Previous office, admin, or customer service experience is helpful, but not essential
