BSL-IT is growing, and we’re looking for another member to join our presales team. This role is all about working with our existing customer base, helping organisations grow and develop in their digital journey.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within the IT Reseller / MSP space and strong knowledge of IT.
- A technical mind that isn’t afraid to problem solve to find a solution.
- Hands-on experience with vendors such as Microsoft, HPE, Lenovo, Dell etc is beneficial.
- Confidence engaging with customers at both technical and strategic levels.
The role:
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers and account managers, working within a team that’s first, and primary concern is what is technically the best advice and support we can give to our clients.
