About the Role: This role is permanent, full-time and supports the Global Regulatory Services Business Development Team and front-line client service. The candidate should live within commuting distance to Milton Keynes and will attend the office as business needs require. You will report to the Business Development Partner Team Leader and work closely with commercial and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the business development and delivery teams to manage the quotation approval process and address associated queries to improve service delivery.
- Receive, prioritise and process sales briefings from the business development team.
- Process fully approved client applications (sales packs) to the operations team.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails and manage departmental inboxes.
- Collaborate with the sales support team leader to agree on, plan, implement initiatives and monitor quality and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales support experience, ideally within Regulatory Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Educated to at least A-level standard or equivalent.
- Computer literate and familiar with Windows, Excel, Word; able to learn BSI systems such as Salesforce.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and oral, both internally and externally.
- Ability to cope with pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
