About the role: In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating internal resources, managing schedules, supporting operational delivery, and providing an exceptional experience for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with colleagues across multiple teams, you will help maximise diary availability and achieve performance targets whilst contributing to operational success. What you'll be doing: * Proactive diary management which involves managing schedules, bookings, and resource allocation for our Audit and Training delivery teams. * Coordinating activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to meet operational targets and service commitments. * Monitoring workloads, utilisation levels, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimisation. * Communicating confidently with clients and colleagues via telephone, email, and virtual meetings. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage expectations, and support business objectives. * Handle administrative and system-based processes accurately and within agreed service levels. * Support planning activities, reporting requirements, and operational projects as required. * Manage changing priorities whilst finding practical solutions to scheduling and delivery challenges. Required experience: * Experience in a planning, coordination, administration, customer service, and/or an operations support role. * Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. * Experience working to targets, KPIs, or service level agreements. * Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar would be desirable. Language Requirements: English with European languages desirable e.g. German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and French. What will make you successful? Salary Range The base salary for this position can range from £26,775 - £28,000 per annum; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to; candidate competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons
