About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team at BSI, supporting our strategic digital product, Compliance Navigator. This role has been created as part of continued investment in the product, which has seen consistent growth over the past ten years and supports over 300 subscription customers globally. Compliance Navigator remains a key focus area for BSI, with significant opportunity to expand across the UK and US markets. As a result, we are building out the team to support further growth, increase market reach, and drive greater engagement with both existing and prospective clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established and stable team, working closely with sales, product marketing, and product management to deliver impactful marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in driving demand generation, supporting revenue growth, and shaping how the product is positioned across international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix to support lead generation and revenue targets
  • Support the international growth of Compliance Navigator, particularly across UK and US markets
  • Work closely with sales stakeholders to align marketing activity with commercial priorities and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with product managers and product marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging
  • Plan, schedule, and deliver campaigns in line with agreed timelines and strategic objectives
  • Create, manage, and update content across digital channels including website, email, and social media
  • Use marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics to execute campaigns and measure performance
  • Analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity and improve results
  • Build relationships with industry bodies, associations, and external partners to support market presence and awareness
  • Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including interest in AI and emerging marketing trends

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Marketing Executive or similar role, delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience using marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaign performance
  • An interest in digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, including AI and automation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with sales, product, and wider marketing teams
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence in building relationships and engaging with a variety of stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • A collaborative and approachable working style, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
