Position: Management Systems Auditor – Large Managed Accounts
Salary: Competitive basic including company car, incentive bonus and great benefits
Location: Homebase contract, with travel to client\’s site as required. This requisition will be targeting candidates across the South & West of London.
About The Role
Our Large & Managed Accounts Team has been established to focus on how we can ensure our largest UK clients, many being FTSE listed and well-known brands, receive top notch services as they would expect from BSI.
You’ll get the opportunity to build on your existing experience, take ownership for certification programmes, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide excellent ongoing client management and continuity of delivery and help support growth for their success.
To Be Successful In This Role
We are looking for someone who has Project Management Skills and Hands-on experience from Professional Building and Construction Services. If you have the following experience from this industry, we would be very interested in hearing from you:
- Land & hydro graphic, mineral and rural practice surveying. Includes property & development, general practice valuations, investment & management also estate agencies, chattels, housing, plant & machinery. Includes building & quantity surveying.
- Design consultancy, civils and structures. Also Planning Supervisor services.
- Air conditioning, electrical services, ventilation, lifts & escalators, building management systems, fire detection & alarm systems and security systems.
- Construction monitoring, clerk of works, residential engineer activities and site supervision.
- Town planners, architects, architectural technologists, landscape architects and Brickwork Advisory Services.
- Local authority building and planning control.
- Facilities Management.
Knowledge around ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001) will be hugely beneficial. For those who are not certified as Lead ISO Auditor on these standards, we can offer training and development to help you build your skill set and get certified in these standards.
You will be a tenacious problem solver with an interest in working closely with your colleagues from right across the business. You will be afforded the time to get more involved with our larger clients, helping to forge deeper relationships and adding greater value.
