Location: The Acre, Covent Garden - Hybrid working 1-4 times/month on average.

About The Role

We are hiring for a Pricing Analyst to join us initially on a 12 month FTC. In this role you will support BSI’s monetisation strategy with pricing analytics, modelling and evidence‑based insights. Providing analytical rigour across price architecture, elasticity measurement, segmentation and discount governance to improve revenue and margin outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing & Commercial Analytics: Build and maintain pricing datasets, dashboards and analytical models. Support elasticity studies, willingness to pay research and promotional effectiveness analysis. Track discounting, identify leakage and support guardrail enforcement.
  • Decision Support: Provide pricing evidence for commercial cases, partner assessments and board‑level decisions. Supply behavioural segmentation and usage insights in collaboration with the Product Analyst. Feed pricing inputs into Marketing Mix Modelling scenario‑based financial models.
  • Experimentation & Measurement: Support design and analysis of pricing‑related experiments. Validate uplift, friction and impact using causal evidence.

To Be Successful In The Role

  • Proven experience within a pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management or financial modelling role.
  • Experience with elasticity, segmentation or promotional analysis.
  • Experience within Digital Product/E-Commerce beneficial.
  • Strategic pricing design & modelling.
  • Experiment collaboration & interpretation.
  • Market and competitive awareness.
  • Storytelling & commercial communication.
