About the Role
We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People workstream, supporting the delivery of a strategic transformation programme that will have a significant impact across the organisation. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of People activities, collaborate with colleagues across the People Function and Transformation Team, and contribute directly to the successful delivery of organisational change.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across the People workstream, helping to ensure key deliverables and milestones are achieved.
- Maintain programme trackers, action logs and documentation to support effective delivery and governance.
- Gather, organise and validate employee data and documentation across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee change activities through the preparation of communications, documentation and employee-facing materials.
- Manage and coordinate queries received through shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Use systems such as Workday and SharePoint to maintain accurate records, reporting and programme documentation.
- Collaborate with teams across Employee Relations, Payroll, Reward, Business Partnering and the wider Transformation team.
- Proactively identify risks, issues or delays and escalate appropriately to support successful programme delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working with data, documentation and business systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience using Workday, SharePoint or similar systems would be beneficial.
- Previous experience within HR, People Operations, administration, coordination or project support would be advantageous.
