Location: Remote, UK home-based

Type: Permanent, full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end administration for global People Development programmes, including liaising with internal and external trainers, arranging course dates, and ensuring all required materials are prepared and available.
  • Prepare, manage and maintain delegate lists for global training programmes across the People Development portfolio.
  • Support the promotion of learning programmes by updating the company intranet, sharing information via Yammer, and contributing to other ad-hoc promotional activity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for People Development enquiries, monitoring the shared inbox and responding in line with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Create engaging and compelling learning communications to drive awareness and uptake of the People Development offer.
  • Use a range of communication channels, including Yammer, newsletters, intranet and email, to deliver coordinated development communication campaigns.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have

  • A good background in similar, relevant administration roles.
  • Proven skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent time management and workload prioritisation skills.
  • Communication and copywriting skills with a creative flare in promoting campaigns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
  • Good attitude towards problem solving and proactivity.
