BSI Regulatory Services is looking for an Operation Project Manager Lead who will be responsible for managing the assigned Operation Project Managers on multiple Medical Devices/IVD projects. Accountabilities include ensuring that all OPMs anticipate incoming projects, producing accurate project plans and managing those project plans effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple OPMs as part of Operations Project Management Team.
  • Ensuring that all projects are appropriately planned, closely monitored by OPMs, corrective actions decided and applied to minimize any slippage, issues managed on regular bases and project plans delivered on-target.
  • Working closely with Project Coordinators Lead to ensure that all planned projects are appropriately scheduled and that there is a good line of communication established between OPMs and Project Coordinators.
  • Involving with key clients and overseeing planning of projects for key clients. Attending client meetings when required.
  • Working closely with the Commercial team to understand projects pipeline. Translating this knowledge to OPMs in anticipation of projects handover.
  • Building strong, collaborative relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.

To Be Successful In The Role, You Will Have

  • Proven track record of leadership and/or line management of staff.
  • A minimum of 3 years project management experience (or a similar role) within the medical devices/IVD regulatory environment.
  • Previous experience of designing and improving project management processes and documentation.
  • Knowledge of principles and tools for project management.
  • Previous experience of working with high-profile clients.
  • Excellent planning, organization, analytics, and communication skills.
