- OD Delivery & Transformation: Own end-to-end delivery — from scope and design through to implementation and change adoption.
- OD Delivery & Transformation: Build evidence-based business cases linking OD decisions to performance, efficiency, and engagement outcomes.
- Stakeholder & Enterprise Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to People Directors and Business Leaders, embedding OD into workforce planning and transformation activity.
- Stakeholder & Enterprise Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Strategy, Technology, and other enabling functions to ensure alignment across structure, process, and capability.
