About The Role
As a Group CRM Business Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to support the delivery of the CRM roadmap and adoption of enterprise best practices. You’ll understand business requirements and transform them into technical specifications, facilitating changes and improvements. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the simplification and enhancement of our CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with stakeholders across divisions and globally to support CRM initiatives.
- Adopt a business partnering approach, fostering cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing through regular meetings and communications.
- Create, update, and deliver training, coaching, dashboards, reports, and communications to promote behavioural change and CRM adoption.
- Collaborate on the simplification and enhancement of CRM platforms, aiming for a unified, optimized user and client experience.
- Respond to queries and encourage idea generation across the business.
- Guide stakeholders on change requests, ensuring alignment with CRM roadmap and best practices.
- Arrange and monitor UAT testing, implementation, and post-deployment impact.
- Document and maintain CRM processes, ensuring changes are tracked, approved, and communicated.
