The primary purpose of the Global Digital Marketing Executive is to support the creation and execution of the IVD marketing plan through the account engagement (Pardot) automation platform and other digital channels. The role includes managing organic and paid social media for the IVD business division, overseeing team shared Outlook inboxes, and managing the global Voice of the Customer (VOC) survey to enhance the customer journey.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Execute all global IVD digital marketing campaigns via Pardot or similar platforms, including engagement studios and email campaigns.
- Create and implement targeted content based on campaign briefs, including email, social media (organic and paid), and web content.
- Source imagery and create digital assets like LinkedIn banners.
- Develop and update web content and templates to support the IVD function.
- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness using keywords and content tactics to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with approved agencies/suppliers to support campaign delivery.
- Assist with lead uploads and webinar administration as needed.
- Support the RS Digital Marketing team with new projects and ad hoc tasks.
Key Skills & Abilities:
- Degree in Marketing or related field, or at least two years of experience in managing social media initiatives across owned, earned, and paid channels.
- Strong automation skills with Pardot or similar platforms; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of marketing KPIs, email marketing, and conversion metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in copywriting and content creation.
- Ability to set clear campaign goals, analyze digital metrics, and report on ROI.
- Proactive, results-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and opportunities.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and ability to execute tasks efficiently and within budget.
- Energetic and outgoing, with quick, intelligent execution of email marketing programs.
Travel & Language Requirements:
- Occasional global travel (up to 10%).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
