Location: The Acre, Covent Garden - Hybrid, 2/3 times a month in the office.

Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are hiring for a Digital Product Manager to join us initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Digital Product Manager you will articulate the strategic "big picture", whilst being accountable for customer research, feature discovery, validation, prioritisation, and approval. You will own and manage product roadmaps using best practice tools and approaches as well as leading the respective product working groups to gain buy-in to strategy and direction.

Working within a growing information business, the Product Management team at BSI explores, develops, and manages products, services, processes, and business models that form critical parts of our current and future value proposition to our customers. The team aims to unlock the true potential and value of Standards for our customers and society by helping to discover, define and shape the products and services that deliver on their potential - enabling the use of Standards to have a positive, measurable impact on the modern world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather, manage, and prioritise market/customer requirements.
  • Be the voice of the customer, articulating validated user's needs.
  • Work closely with product owners, developers, sales, marketing, training and customer support to ensure the business and customer goals are met.
  • Develop the investment justification for improvements to existing products.
  • Provide updated product positioning and benefit statements for use by sales and marketing.

To be successful in the role, you will have previous experience working as a Product Manager. Demonstrated success in defining.
