BSI is seeking a Customer Administrator to join our Customer Experience team, supporting both internal and external customers through high quality administration, customer service, and order processing activities.

About The Role

As the Customer Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring customer information, orders, quotations, invoices, and payments are processed accurately and efficiently across internal systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, support customer queries, and help drive a positive customer experience across the business. This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service while managing multiple administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of BSI Membership accounts and customer records
  • Process quotations, orders, invoices, credits, refunds, and payments accurately
  • Maintain and update CRM systems ensuring all customer interactions are logged correctly
  • Support customers through verbal and written communication channels
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Support departmental projects and continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Help achieve departmental KPIs, SLA targets, and customer service standards
  • Provide administrative support across the wider Customer Experience team as needed

To be Successful in this Role, You Will Have

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales order processing
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal systems
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer focused approach
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem solving abilities
  • Confidence working collaboratively with both customers and internal stakeholders
